Author : dan proietti

Description : small/medium sized map, well-connected,
and very fast. item placement is
extremely well-balanced and the general
design of the level promotes a rather
intense deathmatch experience. intended
for use with one of the readily available
'deathmatch 3' patches out there.
Additional Credits to : id software for an amazing game, ben
morris for worldcraft, scorpion and
tdog from the 4th dimension for play-

* Play Information *
Level Name : castlemania ii
Single Player : please don't
Cooperative : eh...no
Deathmatch 2-8 : exactly
Deathmatch 8+ : absolute fest [only 8 starts]
* Construction *
Base : this is a new map, folks
Build Time : many, many, many hours
Compile Time : about 10 minutes total
Editor(s) used : worldcraft 1.1, mipdip 1.55, texrip 0.6, edit
Known Bugs : if you encounter any bugs, _please_ let me know.
everytime i ran this map with the reaper bot
patch [.81], quake just died after a couple
minutes. i have no idea why...if i find out, i
will perhaps release an updated version of the map.
* Other Info *
deathmatch 3 : this map is meant to be played with a non-standard
deathmatch mode. in this mode, weapons stay like
deathmatch 2, but items respawn like in deathmatch
1. this option is available in many of the popular
server patches, or can be found at ftp.cdrom.com
[among other places]. with only a few players,
it's ok with deathmatch 1, but i don't reccomend it.
exit : there is no exit, but changes to "cmania" upon
completion of a frag/timelimit. go get that map
too if you don't have it :)
feedback : any comments, positive or negative, are welcome.
i appreciate any sort of feedback, even if it's
just, "yeah i played your map, it's neato"
* Distribution *
this is to be freely distributed...if you payed money
for it then you more than likely got dicked over.
* Where to get this BSP *
ah...you have it, you should know
